Implementation of contract negotiations

We close tailor-made contracts

After carefull analysis, tailor-made contracts are being elaborated and closed for every hotelproject.
Each interests are being considered and respected throughout the contracting process. We attach importance to long-term operations of hotel properties and take the whole risk as an operator.

 

Planning of the interior design, supervision of the construction phase, hiring process of the leading stuff, development of the marketing strategy and realisation of the opening

We turn the hotel opening into a success

We take care of the whole pre-opening phase, from the construction phase to the hotel opening. That means: We oversee the construction phase with regard to the future operational process. We take the responsibility for the planning of the interior design and the assignment and contribution of FF&E, we hire the right staff and develop the proper marketing strategy. Moreover, we are the interface between constructor and franchisor.
